PURCHASE & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations. Tickets purchased from the Bethesda Theatre box office may be exchanged, subject to availability, until 6 p.m. on the day before your ticketed performance. Tickets may only be exchanged to another performance of the same production. Exchanges into a more expensive performance and/or seating area require payment of the additional amount at the time of the exchange. Group tickets may not be exchanged. Please call or visit the box office for more information or to exchange your tickets.
To exchange tickets purchased online or by phone through ticketmaster, please contact ticketmaster customer service at 301-808-2405. The Bethesda Theatre box office cannot exchange tickets purchased through ticketmaster.
All patrons entering the theatre must have a ticket to the performance including babes-in-arms. The Bethesda Theatre encourages patrons to leave all children under the age of 5 at home. Some performances may not be appropriate to any children, please contact the box office for more information.
LATE SEATING POLICY
We strive to begin our performances on time. To avoid disturbing both the actors and other patrons, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager in a special late-seating section at the rear of the theatre. Latecomers will only be permitted to take their ticketed seats following intermission. We encourage all patrons to arrive at the theatre early.
